We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason the item arrives damaged or is unacceptable, we will make every effort to rectify the situation.

If an item is damaged, please notify us by telephone or in writing within 7 days of receiving it. We will either exchange or refund the item. Please return the item to us by standard 2nd class post and enclose a note giving a full description of the fault.

In the case of a refund being required, this will be issued for the full cost of the item and the return postage (standard 2nd class only), less any original fast or next day delivery service charge. We will send you an email to inform when we have processed the return. We aim to do this as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 30 days.
